Affiliate Genie Review - An Honest Evaluation of the Good and Bad Points

As an affiliate marketer, one of the challenges that I must constantly overcome is how to build an effective website that produces affiliate sales. Chris Rempel's soon-to-be-released product, called Affiliate Genie, claims to be the easiest way to create interactive websites that sell.
I have purchased several other products from Chris and I have always regarded him as a very honest and reputable online marketer. I would be very surprised if this product is not as good as it claims to be or is a disappointment in any other way. However, I will still scrutinize it closely so I can determine all the good points and bad points that Affiliate Genie has. Although the product has not been officially released nor have I been privileged to receive any type of advance copy, I have studied it very closely and I've been in personal communication with Chris, so I feel I can provide a valid and useful review.
What is Affiliate Genie?
In a nutshell, Affiliate Genie appears to be a very easy to use platform for creating affiliate or review type websites similar to what could be created with WordPress. This is a completely new platform built from the ground up designed entirely for affiliate sales and optimized for the best search engine rankings. It is easy to use right out of the box and will give less experienced users attractive results without messing around with a bunch of code. Even if you don't have much design experience, Chris makes it easy to insert YouTube videos, newsletter optin forms or AdSense into the pages you create.
However, if you're a more experienced user and feel comfortable working with code, you can easily insert virtually any type of HTML snippets, graphics, tables and so forth into any the pages or articles, utilizing the built-in code editor. This would appear to make Affiliate Genie a good choice for affiliate marketers of any experience level. Because the Affiliate Genie script is entirely web-based, it makes it convenient to build your sites from a mobile office, while you're traveling or if you are outsourcing the tasks to workers that you may have offshore. I feel this gives the application its greatest flexibility.
Is Affiliate Genie Better Than Wordpress?
Although I am a big fan of WordPress and use it on many of my sites, it can be quite complex for those individuals who were not experienced in web design or affiliate marketing. Affiliate Genie seems to have many of the great SEO features that WordPress has and it appears to be much easier to use, which would be a big plus for newbies. This system does not require a database like WordPress, which is a huge plus considering the headaches they can sometimes cause, especially for less experienced users.
Ideal for Product Review Websites
If you produce product review type websites, you will find Affiliate Genie to be well-suited for your needs. Built right into the code is an interactive review and rating system which is great for producing product reviews. It allows your visitors to add their own input and comments which of course can create a community spirit on the site, while creating user generated content and possibly enhance your search engine rankings. Of course the commenting system is moderated so you always have full control of what gets publicly displayed.
What Are The Downsides To Affiliate Genie?
Affiliate Genie supports Google Analytics which is a big plus for analyzing the traffic that comes to your site. It will also generate its own RSS feed as well as a site map which will facilitate better search engine indexing. The one downside that I would like to clarify here is that affiliate Genie only provides the structure for the website. You still have to create your own content or have it created. This is not some fully automated system that creates auto generated and often spammy content by scraping other sites. There is some work involved. However, it does appear to possess all the qualities of a very robust content management system (CMS) designed specifically for affiliates. The specific pricing structure has not yet been released, so I'm not sure if it will be a one time charge or part of a monthly membership. Either way I have always found Chris Rempel's products to be reasonably priced and provide exceptional value and I do not expect this new offering to be any different.
